Enloe medical center

Founded in 1913, Enloe Medical Center is one of the few California hospitals still locally governed. This ensures many services are available from within our community providing convenient access, minimizing patient impact and improving the patient's overall experience.

Enloe's community-based volunteer Board of Trustees protects this local status and assures that dollars earned are reinvested to improve the health of the Chico Community.

  • Is one of only two Level II trauma centers north of Sacramento.
  • Is home to the region's only Level II neonatal intensive care unit.
